Post Details and Qualification
You need to have an MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognised college. Along with that, you should have 3 to 4 years of experience in HR work.
- Must know how to recruit and onboard new employees.
- Must be able to write job descriptions and HR rules.
- Should know how to talk with external consultants and agencies.
- Must handle contracts, extension letters, office orders, and notices.
- Should manage performance reviews of employees.
- Must take care of payroll and compliance work.
- Must manage employee leave and attendance properly.
The monthly salary is ₹28,942 only. You will be posted at Civil Hospital, Shillong.
