Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university.
- Should have basic computer and word processing skills.
- Must have a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
- Should be able to take dictation and prepare case files.
- Must be an Indian citizen.
District Legal Services Authority Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Maintain updated records of legal aid cases.
- Upload case progress details on the NALSA portal.
- Keep files properly indexed and well-organized.
- Type petitions, appeals, and applications.
- Handle official documents such as copies of orders or judgments.
- Assist the Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel with assigned duties.
- Prepare reports on pending and disposed legal aid cases.
- Maintain monthly statistics and submit them to the State Authority.
