Additional Information Regarding DSC East Jaintia Hills Recruitment 2024
As on January 1, 2024, candidates must be at least 18 years old and no older than 32. The maximum age restriction is lowered by five years for applicants who are members of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Communities.
Additionally, there won’t be an age restriction for applicants who are currently employed by the Meghalaya government as long as they started their careers within the allowed age range and submit their applications through the appropriate channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant department.

1. Only online payments using the following methods will be accepted for the Rs. 100 examination fee (Rs. 50 for ST/SC permanent residents of Meghalaya). Once deposited, the payment cannot be refunded.
