Reservation and Age Criteria
The recruitment process will adhere to the reservation policies of the Government of Meghalaya. The break-up of vacancies as per category will be strictly followed according to the official reservation roster.
Age Limit: As on January 1, 2024, candidates must be between the ages of eighteen and thirty-two. For SC/ST applicants, the upper age restriction is, however, lenient by five years. Regular government workers who started their employment within the allowed age range are not subject to an age restriction.

- Exemptions: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWDs) are exempted from the application fee.

Application Process and Important Dates

- Prohibited Actions: Giving false information or declaring oneself ineligible can result in disqualification and possibly being barred from taking DSC, South West Garo Hills exams in the future.
