IHMCL Recruitment 2024 Details
- Name of Post: Engineer (ITS)
- 31 posts in total OBC: 08, EWS: 02, SC: 04, UR: 14, and ST: 02
- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- Criteria: Direct hire via the Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE) in the relevant disciplines of computer science and information technology (CS), electronics and communications engineering (EC), electrical engineering (EE), instrumentation engineering (IN), data science, and artificial intelligence (DA) for any of the previous three years, 2024, 2023, and 2022.
- Pay scale: IDA Pattern, E-1 Grade (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-).
- Age restriction: as of the latest date, not younger than 21 nor older than 30.

- Qualification: Members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) or Chartered Accountants (CA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) are eligible to apply.
- Criteria: Direct hiring of Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) or Chartered Accountants (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) based on the final exam scores from either organization for any of the previous three years, 2024, 2023, and 2022.
- Pay scale: IDA Pattern with E-1 Grade (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-).
- Age restriction: As of the last date, not older than thirty years.
Method of Selection for IHMCL
- For Engineers (ITS): Based on the merits of any of the past three years’ Valid GATE Scores (2024, 2023, or 2022).
- For Officer (Fin.): Based on the total score from the CA or CMA final exam for any of the previous three years, 2024, 2023, and 2022.
✅ However, IHMCL has the right to invite candidates for interviews based on the cut off for their respective categories, which will be determined by IHMCL.
✅ In the case that there are a lot of applications, IHMCL will use short listing criteria to limit the number of applicants for interaction/interview, if called, to a manageable level using any way the Selection Committee determines.
✅ If two or more applicants in the same category have identical scores or marks for the Final Merit List, the elder candidate will be ranked higher.
