Position Details
The Data Analyst position requires a candidate with a postgraduate degree in any science subject or statistics. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. degree. Additionally, the candidate must have at least four years of experience in research studies or surveys. Strong analytical and programming skills are necessary, as well as proficiency in using statistical tools or software.

✅ Remuneration and Benefits
The monthly emolument for the Data Analyst position is ₹39,000. In addition to this, the candidate will be entitled to House Rent Allowance (HRA) and a mobile allowance as per the rules of MBDA. Moreover, contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) will be made by both the employee and the employer.
✅ Contract Duration
The selected candidate will be hired on a contractual basis for one year. The contract may be renewed based on performance and the continuation of the project the candidate is engaged with. A detailed document outlining the terms and conditions of the engagement will be provided to the selected candidate. The candidate will need to sign a deed agreement with MBDA to this effect.

Selection Process
