- Selection based on merit, considering marks obtained in the degree/diploma course.

Terms & Conditions
- Stipend: ₹7,000 per month upon completion of the Apprenticeship program.
- Attendance: 90% attendance is mandatory every month.
- Work Report: Submission of a detailed work report after completing the program.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to remote villages in Meghalaya.
- No TA/DA provided by MBMA during the program, but travel and lodging for field assignments will be arranged by MBMA.
