Educational Qualification
For Lecturer in Electrical Engineering (Post 1)
Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech./B.S. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent marks.

Age Limit and Relaxation
The upper age limit is 32 years as of 1st October 2025.
Relaxation of 5 years is given to SC/ST candidates.
There is no age limit for candidates already working under the Meghalaya Government who entered service within the prescribed age limit.
The date of birth accepted by MERB must match the record in the Matriculation or Secondary School Certificate. No other proof will be accepted.
