Salary and Post

Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Social Science with at least 55% marks.
- Must speak and write Khasi and English (for one post) or Garo and English (for the other post).
Desired Skills
- Must be a resident of Meghalaya.
- Prior field and qualitative research experience with valid proof.
- Basic IT skills like Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Must be comfortable working in remote areas of Meghalaya.
Key Duties
- Travel to different areas of Meghalaya for fieldwork.
- Collect data through interviews, case studies, and group discussions.
- Help with transcription of interviews and case study recordings.
- Follow ethical rules and keep data private.
