Eligibility Criteria of Shillong Medical College

- Professor: Requires 3 years of Associate Professor experience, 4 research publications, and relevant NMC certification. Monthly pay starts at Rs. 3,00,000 for candidates with less than 9 years of experience, increasing for more senior faculty.
