MBDA Vacancy 2026 Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Technical Expert (Tura)
Essential Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental or Electronics Engineering, or in Instrumentation or Renewable or Sustainable Energy.
- A postgraduate degree in Renewable or Sustainable Energy, or in a related engineering discipline, is preferred.
Essential Experience: Candidates need a minimum of 10 (ten) years of relevant professional experience in the following areas:
- Renewable energy projects
- Government projects and schemes
- DPR preparation and technical documentation
- Tendering, procurement and contract management
- Stakeholder coordination at a senior level (Government, communities, contractors, consultants, and financial and technical institutions)
- Sound knowledge of MNRE guidelines and national policies related to renewable energy
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management and mentoring skills
- Strategic planning and multi-project management
- Experience in government liaisoning and inter-departmental coordination at a senior level
- Ability to manage large budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation frameworks
- Proficiency in technical documentation, reporting and presentation to senior officials
- Understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental compliance
- Experience with multiple technologies, such as solar, micro hydro, biogas and storage, is an advantage
2. Technical Assistant (Shillong & Tura)
Essential Qualifications:
- A graduate or postgraduate engineering degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or Electronic & Instrument and Energy.
- A related engineering discipline is preferred.
Essential Experience:
- Candidates need a minimum of 05 (five) years of relevant professional experience in the respective engineering field.
- Experience in project implementation, site supervision, technical monitoring, or infrastructure and renewable energy projects is required.
- Experience relevant to the candidate’s discipline is preferred.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline
- Practical experience in field implementation and site supervision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and equipment datasheets
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
