If your name appears in the published list, complete your online registration within the given dates. Students who qualify based on marks but do not find their names in the list can also submit their claims for verification.

Who Can Apply?
Students who passed the following board examinations in 2026 are eligible:
- MBOSE SSLC
- MBOSE HSSLC
- ICSE
- ISC
- CBSE (Class X & XII)
For ICSE, ISC, and CBSE, only students who appeared from schools affiliated with the respective boards and located within the State of Meghalaya are eligible for the award.
Provisional Merit List
The Directorate has published the provisional list of eligible meritorious students on its official website for online registration.
Students should first check whether their names appear in the published merit list before completing the online registration process.
What If Your Name Is Missing?
If you have secured marks equal to or higher than the marks of the last shortlisted student but your name is missing from the published list, you may visit the Directorate of Information Technology & Communications with the required documents for verification.
