Eligibility Criteria for MTET 2025

For Paper I (Primary Teachers):
- Education: Passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- OR Passed Class 12th with at least 45% marks and a 2-year D.El.Ed as per NCTE rules.
- OR Passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
For Paper II (Upper Primary Teachers):
- Education: Graduation with at least 50% marks and a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
- OR Graduation with at least 45% marks and a 1-year B.Ed as per NCTE rules.
- OR Passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and a 4-year B.El.Ed.
