Educational Qualification (As on 09 August 2026)

  • Must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
  • The graduation must be completed on or before 09 August 2026.
  • Candidates must possess valid mark sheets or degree certificates as proof of completing graduation.
  • The percentage of marks obtained must be clearly mentioned while filling out the online application form.

Mandatory Work Experience

  • Candidates who already worked as Officers in Scheduled Commercial Banks may receive up to 2 advance increments, depending on the suitability of their previous job profile.

The PNB LBO Recruitment 2026 selection process consists of four stages. Candidates must qualify at every stage before moving to the next one.

Stage 1 – Online Written Examination

Stage 3 – Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
