Job Details of SeSTA Recruitment
SLM Coordinator
Eligibility:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture or Botany preferred. General BSc graduates may also apply.
- Freshers with a 12th Science qualification are also eligible.
Stipend:
- BSc Graduates:
- ₹30,000/- for experience of 5 years or more.
- ₹25,000/- for 3 to 5 years of experience.
- ₹20,000/- for 2 to 3 years of experience.
- ₹15,000/- for freshers.
- 12th Science Freshers: ₹12,000/-.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team to ensure compliance with certification processes across 20 villages.
- Conducting training programs and workshops.
- Monitoring progress, reporting findings, and presenting data effectively.
- Working directly with rural communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
- Assisting farmers with data collection and daily engagement.
- Verifying bills, vouchers, and expenses as per guidelines from Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA).
Assistant Accountant
Eligibility:
- B.Com graduate or 12th Commerce.
Salary:
- ₹15,000/- for B.Com graduates.
- ₹12,000/- for 12th Commerce pass candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate accounting records for organizational expenses.
- Assisting IVCS/VOs/SHGs in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and minutes.
- Verifying business plans for accuracy and practicality.
- Reviewing construction-related mobility book entries.
