The Human Resource Executive will perform the following duties:

- Handle recruitment and onboarding of drivers, conductors, and office staff.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and the Motor Transport Workers Act.
- Update HRMIS and maintain employee databases.
- Resolve employee grievances and manage disciplinary matters.
- Prepare HR policies, notices, circulars, and official communications.
- Use MS Excel and HR software for daily HR operations.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local languages.
