Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following:
- A three- or four-year full-time degree in Sericulture
- A three-year degree with a PG Diploma in Sericulture
- A four-year bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or Forestry
- A three-year degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology, Botany or Biology) or Biotechnology with a PG Diploma in Sericulture, or one year of experience in sericultural project work
Desirable Qualification
Work experience in silkworm rearing, grainage, or sericulture and related pre-cocoon sectors is desirable.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 35 years as of 06.11.2026.
