- Skills: finding new markets, sales and customer service, basic digital marketing, retail sales strategy, POS tools, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart
Technical Supervisor (1 post)
- Pay: ₹23,000 a month, negotiable based on experience
- Education: a diploma or bachelor’s degree in textiles or a relevant technical field
- Experience: at least 2 years in textile manufacturing or sericulture-based processing, with proven experience managing quality standards and production flow
- Skills: deep knowledge of the Eri silk process and quality assurance; hands-on experience in Eri silk yarn reeling, dyeing or weaving; training or certification in textile production or quality management; the ability to train rural producers and artisans; problem-solving for production equipment and raw materials; and familiarity with quality certification processes such as Silk Mark
Language Requirement
