- Postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Social Sciences, Management, Agriculture, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Experience in rural development, livelihoods, financial inclusion, monitoring and evaluation, or programme implementation is preferred.
- Experience with NRLM, SRLM, or government programmes is preferred.

- Lead and coordinate the DART Pilot Project across the district.
- Coordinate with the MSRLS District Mission Management Unit (DMMU).
- Supervise, train, and guide Block Operations Leads and field teams.
- Oversee data quality assurance and validation.
2. Block Operations Lead

4. Young Professionals / Interns
