Job Role and Responsibilities for MAL Recruitment 2025
The selected Coordinator will do the following work:
- Talk to departments and solve people’s problems quickly.
- Manage and guide Data Entry Operators.
- Make sure the CM Connect Centre works smoothly every day.
- Check how projects are going and plan better work steps.
- Work with teams and listen to feedback.
- Use charts and Excel to understand and show data.
- Handle project reports, money use, and other papers.
- Be a team leader, work honestly, and serve people well.
MAL Recruitment 2025 Skills
- Speak and write well in English and Pnar. Khasi or Garo is a bonus.
- Know how to use MS Office and online tools.
- Handle work pressure.
- Finish work on time with the team.
Needed Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or similar subjects.
- Extra Project Management Certificate like PMP will help.
- People from Jaintia Hills will get preference.
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
