☑️ Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the required qualification.
☑️ Experience: One year of corporate secretarial experience in any listed or unlisted business.
☑️ Age restriction: 29 as of application date.

How to Apply for PGCIL 2024?
The candidate must have a working email address, a backup email address, a cell phone, and a backup mobile number before enrolling and submitting their applications on the website. Applicants should make sure that the email address and mobile number they provide on the online application form remain active for a minimum of one year.
It is recommended that candidates upload readable copies of the following files in the designated area of the online application when submitting an online application: –
- Current passport-size colour photo in.jpg format that is no more than 50 KB
- Maximum (30KB) signature in JPG format
- Proof of Date of Birth: Matriculation or Birth Certificate (with DOB specified) in PDF format (maximum 3MB).
- The Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Qualification Certificate, including with all year and semester mark sheets (maximum 10MB). (It is necessary to scan all qualification certificates and mark sheets into PDF format.)..
- Candidates who work for the government or PSU must apply through the appropriate method and provide a maximum of 3MB in PDF format of their current employer’s “No-Objection Certificate.”
- An Experience Certificate or other documentation of experience (such as a pay stub, job assignment, joining or separation order, etc.) supporting a minimum of one year of experience following qualification (maximum 3MB). PDF format
- A certificate of income and assets (where appropriate), in PDF format (maximum 3MB).
- A caste certificate or an EWS certificate, issued by the Competent Authority (where applicable), in the format specified by the Government of India (maximum 3MB) in PDF
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate, issued by Competent Authority (where applicable), in the format recommended by the Government of India (maximum 3MB) in PDF format
- The Ex-Serviceman Discharge Certificate, Undertaking, and Proforma of Certificate for Employed Officials, if applicable, should be sent in PDF format in the maximum size of 3MB, following the approved format or formats.
- Certificate of Fitness in the approved format (if applicable) (maximum of 3MB) in PDF format, issued by the Defence Service’s Demobilisation Board in the case of disabled ex-servicemen
- Certificate given to dependents of Defence Services personnel killed in action or, in the case of dependents of ex-servicemen, severely disabled in action in the required format (where applicable) in PDF format (maximum of 3MB).
- Domicile Cum Age relaxation certificates for candidates from riot victims in the specified format of the Government of India given by the Competent Authority (if applicable) (maximum 3MB) in PDF format.
