- 2+ years ofexperience inyouth/communityengagement ortraining

Salary: ₹21,000 per month (after probation)

2. District Field Officers
What will you do?
- Support projects with documentation and data records
- Conduct surveys and compile feedback
- Translation efforts where needed
- Extensive traveland stay acrossrural areas andcampuses
Who can apply?
- Master’s in Sociallers Work or related fields with 1+ years of experience in community engagement
- MS Excel proficiency (formulas, data entry) 40 WPM+ typing speed
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Must know English and one local language.
Salary: ₹18,000 per month (after probation)

3. STEM Trainers
What will you do?
- Design, deliver and evaluate STEM training workshops using creative teaching methods to simplify complex concepts
- Facilitate discussions and activities that help students connect STEM knowledge to real-life applications
- Organise career awareness workshops for the STEM space
